Description
Food supplement based on magnesium and griffonia extract, for brain function (memory, attention and concentration).
Griffonia, titrated in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a precursor of serotonin, has an effect on normal mood, relaxation and mental well-being.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; it also supports normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Gluten and lactose free.

Magnesium carbonate; sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose; flavourings, griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) seed extract tit. 30% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; acidifier: citric acid.

How to use
Periodar comes in chocolate-flavoured orosoluble sachets.
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, preferably in the morning, to dissolve directly in the mouth. The product is not intended for children under 3 years.
