DescriptionFood supplement based on tryptophan, herbs and other nutrients. In particular, vitamins B3 and B6 with magnesium contribute to the functioning of the nervous system and support normal psychological function.
Ingredients
(L-)tryptophan, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium glycerophosphate, microcrystalline cellulose°, gum arabic°, edible gelatin, silicon dioxide°°, SAMe (S-adenosyl methionine disulfate tosylate), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), magnesium stearate of vegetable origin°°.

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 tablets once or twice a day at any time (4 to 8 tablets per day). If desired, the entire daily dose (8 tablets) can be taken in one go at night before going to bed. Close carefully after use.
