In particular, L-tryptophan and rhodiola (adaptogen plant) by promoting a rapid production of serotonin, increase mood, fight nervous hunger, counteract anxiety, improve the quality of sleep and the body's response to stress. L-phenylalanine is an essential amino acid that by promoting the production of catecholamines and dopamine determines a sense of satiety.
Ingredients
L-phenylalanine, L-tryptophan, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root extract titrated at 3% in rosavin and 1% in salidroside, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell of vegetable origin); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
