How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 10 small measuring spoons (0.2 - 2 g) dissolved in water, once a day at any time; you can dilute half a large measuring spoon (2 g), equal to the individual daily dose of 10 small measuring spoons, in a jug of water to be consumed during the day at meals. Measuring spoons included in the package. Close carefully after use.
