Dunal] root es tit. 1.5% withanolides, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flowers es, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves es tit. 2.5% rosmarinic acid, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flowers es; colouring: E 163; acidity regulator: E 331; natural flavouring, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root es tit. 0.15% valerenic acid; anti-caking agent: E 903; melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take one gummy 30 minutes before bedtime and in anticipation of a prolonged period of sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin, shortly before bedtime.
