Description
Food supplement that provides a high dosage of magnesium and melatonin, as well as flavonoids and valerenic acids, useful for supplementing the diet or satisfying the increased organic needs of these nutrients, which may occur in certain deficiency situations. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Melatonin helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking it shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Valerian and passionflower help achieve a state of relaxation useful for promoting nighttime rest in cases of stress, hawthorn contributes to relaxation and mental well-being.

Tablet contents: magnesium oxide; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; hawthorn [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC] leaves dry extract, tricalcium phosphate, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract 0.8% valerenic acids, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering plant dry extract 4% total flavonoids; coating agents: isomalt, calcium carbonate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin, copper chlorophyllin.
