Description
Food supplement of melatonin, tryptophan, vitamin B6 with chamomile extract from organic cultivation. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (present in 0.5 ml of product) shortly before bedtime. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Chamomile intervenes on relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Fructose, purified water, L-tryptophan, organic chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flowers extract, flavouring, melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride; acidifier: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; thickener: xanthan gum.

Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml orally, once a day, in the evening just before going to bed, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor.
Shake well before use.
The product can be taken, using the appropriate graduated pipette, as is or diluted in water. Close carefully after each use with the dropper cap.

Warnings
For use of the product seek the advice of a doctor. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Any slight variations in color and the formation of precipitates, suspendable by shaking, are related to the normal variability of natural ingredients and are not an indication of alteration of the quality of the product.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, at room temperature not exceeding 25°C.
