The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Ingredients
Magnesium oxide, corn starch, gelatin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
Gluten and lactose free.
