Relaxiolam
Description
Food supplement based on passion flower, lavender, hawthorn and melatonin. Passion flower and lavender promote relaxation (sleep; in case of stress), passion flower also promotes mental well-being and lavender normal mood tone.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Pearlitol Flash (D-mannitol, corn starch), passion flower herb with flowers dry extract (Paasiflora incarnata L.) tit. 3.5% vitexin, lavender flowering tops dry extract (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.), hawthorn flowering tops dry extract [Cratageus monogyna Jacq. and Cratageus leviata (Poir.) DC] tit. 2.5% hyperoside, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; flavouring, hydroxypropylcellulose; sweeteners: aspartame, sucralose, saccharin; melatonin.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, to be dissolved in the mouth.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
