Description
Food supplement based on Sedax (complex of extracts of valerian, Californian poppy, hawthorn, passion flower and lemon balm), melatonin and vitamin B6. Melissa, passion flower and hawthorn promote relaxation and mental well-being. Californian poppy and valerian contribute to relaxation (sleep and stress). Lemon balm also contributes to normal mood. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Sedax - complex of plant extracts: valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., roots), California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham., herb), hawthorn (Crataegus curvisepala Lindm., flowers and leaves), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves); stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; coating agents: E464, E460, E570, E132; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the evening before going to bed or as needed.
