Food supplement with melatonin, zinc and selenium.
With sweetener.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin before going to bed, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.
Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system.
Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; zinc gluconate; sweetener: mannitol; L-selenomethionine; stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.
