Food supplement based on pure melatonin 1 mg enhanced with griffonia and valerian. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep* and alleviate the effects of jet lag**. The dry extract of griffonia promotes mental well-being and normal mood, the dry extract of valerian can promote relaxation in stressful situations. The mini-tablets, easy to swallow, are characterized by a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows for rapid and prolonged release of the components.*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., radix) dry extract; sweetener: mannitol; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearin; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) baill., semen) dry extract; anti-caking agents: talc; silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; colouring: titanium dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac; melatonin.
How to use
1 mini-tablet per day shortly before bedtime.
