Description
Food supplement based on melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
GMO free.
Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Purified water; sweetener: sorbitol; fructose, glycerol, flavouring, melatonin; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid.
Gluten free.

How to use
To reduce the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of the substance (corresponding to 2 drops of the Melateon product), possibly under the tongue shortly before going to bed.
To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before going to bed, a minimum of 0.5 mg of the substance (corresponding to 1 drop of the Melateon product) on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Contains sweetener: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
