Magnesium food supplement with plant extracts of valerian, lavender, hawthorn and Californian poppy useful in case of deficiency or increased need of these nutrients.
Lavender and Californian Poppy promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress. Lavender promotes normal mood. Hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being. Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Ingredients
Valerian es tit. 0.42% in valerenic acids (Valeriana officinalis L., root, corn maltodextrin), food gelatin capsule, colouring (titanium dioxide), magnesium oxide, lavender es tit. 0.5% in essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., summitas cum floribus, corn maltodextrin), hawthorn es tit. 3% in vitexin [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC., folium, corn maltodextrin], California poppy es tit. 0.2% in protopine (Eschscholzia californica Cham., herba, corn maltodextrin), corn maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
Take 1 capsule per day to be swallowed with water without chewing or opening and preferably taken in the evening.
