Food supplement based on extracts of valerian, Californian poppy, hops and lime which promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root es tit. 0.8% valerenic acid, California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) top es tit. 0.35% protopine, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsule, hop (Humulus lupulus L.) cones es tit. 0.4% rutoside, lime (Tillia platyphyllos et cordata) inflorescence es 1% flavonoids; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
The extracts are supported on maltodextrin.
Gluten and lactose free. GMO free.

How to use
Take 1-2 capsules daily with water, in the late afternoon and before bed, or both half an hour before going to sleep.
