Thanks to the slow leavening, the dough is more digestible, the taste more natural and the consistency lighter.
Product prepared with raw materials free from gluten and wheat.
Ingredients
Corn starch, water, sourdough 14% (rice flour, water), fruit extract (carob, apple), vegetable margarine [vegetable oils and fats in varying proportions (high oleic sunflower oil, cocoa butter, shea butter), water, salt; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; lemon juice, natural flavours]; humectant: sorbitol; vegetable fibre (psyllium), yeast, sunflower oil, rice flour, soy proteins, rice starch; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; honey, egg white powder ( eggs )*, salt, carrot and apple concentrate, natural flavouring.
