Instructions for use
Before use, check that the product fits well in the shoe. The front of the insole should be at the base of your toes; in this way, the insole may not touch the back of the shoe. For some people, Pain Relief insoles may take some time to feel comfortable. Your feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break from use may be helpful. If necessary, gradually increase the number of hours of daily use until you can wear them all day.
