DescriptionMelatonin spray food supplement with poppy and hawthorn.
Complement based on hawthorn, poppy and melatonin, in sublingual spray. Its hydroalcoholic formulation guarantees rapid absorption. Melatonin helps to: reduce the time required to fall asleep; alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. It also contains poppy and hawthorn extracts, which contribute to achieving a state of relaxation and mental well-being.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: E 420(ii); red poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flowers fluid extract D/E* 1:2, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha medicus and Crataegus monogyna Jacq.) flowers and leaves fluid extract D/E* 1:1.5, purified water, melatonin, flavourings.

How to use
Shake well before use, press empty 3-4 times to obtain the first spray, spray the product directly into the mouth (4 sprays equal to 0.5 ml). Rinse the oral adapter with water before and after use. Take the recommended dose just before bedtime.

Keep out of reach of children and do not administer to children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
