Creatine Monohydrate, L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate, L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Maltodextrin, Acidifier: Citric Acid, Flavouring, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate, Colouring: Beetroot Red, Sweetener: Sucralose, Colouring: Beta-Carotene, Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (100 ml) and mix.
