Description
Food supplement based on Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, Vitamin B6, Valerian, Passionflower, Californian Poppy and Melissa, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. Thanks to Californian Poppy, Passionflower and Valerian, it helps relaxation (sleep in case of stress). Thanks to Melissa, it helps relaxation and mental well-being.

Eschscholtzia californica Cham. (Eschscholzia) herb dry extract 0.20%, Protopina supported by Maltodextrin, Passifòlora Incarnata L. (Passionflower) flowering plant dry extract 4% in Vitexin supported on Maltodextrin, Melissa Officinalis L. (Lemon Balm) leaves dry extract 12% Rosmarinic Acid supported on Maltodextrin. Anti-caking agent: Biphasic Calcium Phosphate. Valerina Officinalis L. (Valerian) root dry extract 0.8% valerenic acid supported on Maltodextrin, L-Tryptophan. Anti-caking agents: Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Amorphous Silica, Flavoring, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Melatonin, Food Gelatin Capsule. Colorant: Titanium Dioxide

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the evening half an hour before going to bed, to be swallowed with water.
