Description
Food supplement based on Melatonin and Valerian. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime. Thanks to Valerian, it helps to relax (sleep; in case of stress). Thanks to Melatonin, it helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of the substance shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 coated tablet per day, in the evening half an hour before going to bed, to be swallowed with water.
