Ingredients
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), USP-Ph-Eur, Vitalspir FC (Spirulina algae), iron gluconate, lactoferrin, vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) Fu-Ph-Eur., zinc gluconate USP, vitamin B6 HCl (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B2 (riboflavin) Fu-Ph-Eur., vitamin B1 (thiamine HCl), folic acid, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); excipients: Superstarch 200 Specs. (GMO FREE pregelatinized corn starch); capsule constituents: vegetable gelatin (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Gluten and lactose free.

1 capsule per day during the main meal.
