LENIZINC CREAM 100 ML
Lenizinc
20% Zinc Oxide Cream
Description
Lenizinc is a paste formulated with Zinc Oxide and enriched with Vitamin E, 18 beta Glycyrrhetic Acid, Shea Butter, Bisabolol, Calendula Oil, St. John's Wort Oil and Sweet Almond Oil.
It is ideal as an adjuvant in the treatment of reddened areas of the body.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS ACTIONS
Zinc Oxide: Known for its soothing and refreshing properties against burning and itching. Promoting the re-epithelialization of skin lesions, it is indicated for older people or those with limited mobility for the prevention of bedsores. It is also used in creams with high sun protection thanks to its ability to form a protective screen from the sun's rays. It relieves skin redness by preventing flaking and the formation of blisters.
Vitamin E: fat-soluble vitamin useful for stabilizing biological membranes and protecting cellular structures from damage caused by oxygen free radicals and lipid peroxidation reaction products. Vitamin E, by protecting lipids and lipoproteins of cell membranes, has a beneficial effect on the skin's ability to hydrate, helps maintain the lipid bilayer, the skin's natural barrier against loss of hydration, thanks to its oxidizing and membrane-stabilizing action.
18 beta glycyrrhetic acid: derived from licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), it is used in cosmetics for delicate and sensitive skin and is effective as a soothing agent. Useful in cases of skin rashes, itching and insect bites. Shea butter: Obtained from Shea nuts, it is renowned for its nourishing, emollient and hydrating properties for the skin of the body, face and hands. Also useful for protecting the skin from external agents such as wind, cold, sun thanks to its film-forming properties.
Bisabolol: Alpha-Bisabolol is the main component of Chamomile essential oil, it is obtained from fresh or drying flower heads of Chamomile. It has soothing, anti-reddening, softening and calming properties that have been well known for centuries. Especially indicated for particularly delicate skin, it is in fact characterized by extreme skin tolerability.
Calendula oil: Obtained by macerating the flowers of Calendula Officinalis in vegetable oil. Useful in all cases of chapped irritated skin. Soothing for sensitive skin that reddens easily.
St. John's Wort Oil: Oil obtained by macerating in vegetable oil the flowers of hypericum perforatum, a plant known as St. John's wort. Known in herbal tradition as a natural remedy against sunburn, erythema, small burns, skin irritations and for the treatment of various skin disorders.
Sweet almond oil: Widely used in products for sensitive, fragile and dry skin. It is the oil traditionally best known and used in cosmetics for its emollient, softening, nourishing and soothing properties, suitable for the skin of adults, but also for that of children and newborns. Its anti-stretch mark properties are well known, in fact from the first months of pregnancy it is recommended to apply it on the abdomen, breasts, hips and thighs to effectively prevent the appearance of unsightly stretch marks which, once formed, are difficult to eliminate.
