Arthrum H 2%

- primary gonarthrosis of the tibial femur and patellar femur;
- gonarthrosis and associated general factors:
• ineffectiveness of usual treatments;
• intolerance and/or contraindications to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and/or painkillers;
• age over 65 and multiple medications (high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal problems);
• contraindications to the placement of a prosthesis: young subject, different surgical contraindications related to the patient's condition.
- Gonarthrosis secondary to trauma and/or microtrauma:
• joint fractures, sequelae of meniscectomy, laxity due to rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament;
• rotatory arthrosis in a young male subject, former athlete;
• arthroscopy and injection of ARTHRUM after washing, meniscal and cartilage regularization (role of dressing and intra-articular shock absorber).

Characteristics:
Hyaluronic acid is obtained through biofermentation.
It is therefore not of animal origin and excludes the problems related to extraction of animal origin.
