Description
Daily facial sunscreen with very high protection suitable for all skin types. Helps prevent premature skin ageing caused by sunlight (known as photoageing) and protects skin from sunburn and sun damage. While most modern sunscreens protect against UVA and UVB rays, this formula increases the level of sun protection by also fighting oxidative stress caused by High Energy Visible light (HEV light). It hydrates as it protects, boosting the skin's natural ability to retain moisture, replenishing it from within and reducing the appearance of deep wrinkles. In addition to a highly effective, broad-spectrum, photostable UVA/UVB filter system1, Eucerin Photoaging Control Sun Fluid SPF 50's innovative formula contains two powerful antioxidants – Licochalcone A and Glycyrrhetinic Acid – which work together to help protect skin from the signs of photoageing. Licochalcone A neutralizes free radicals that cause oxidative stress and accelerate skin aging, while Glycyrrhetinic Acid stimulates the skin's natural DNA repair mechanisms. The formula is also enriched with Hyaluronic Acid which hydrates the skin and binds water, plumping the skin from within and reducing the appearance of deep wrinkles. Eucerin Photoaging Control Sun Fluid SPF 50 has a light texture, absorbs quickly, has a mattifying effect and leaves the skin smooth, soft and protected. 1. Complies with EU and European Cosmetics Regulation – the Personal Care Association (formerly called Colipa). Clinical and dermatological studies have demonstrated excellent skin tolerability on sensitive and even very sensitive skin, as well as on skin made sensitive by laser treatments and peels.
How to use
Apply generously before sun exposure and reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating or towelling, to maintain the original protection. Reducing the amount of product used significantly reduces the level of protection. You can use the palm of your hand to measure the amount of product to apply. As a general rule, we recommend using a thick strip of sunscreen that extends from the inside of your middle finger to your wrist to cover your head and neck. Don't forget your ears, lips and the back of your neck. And if you're bald or have thinning hair, don't forget your scalp. Don't stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure is a health risk. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Allow to absorb completely and avoid direct contact with fabrics and surfaces that may stain.
