The Mix
Description
Food supplement. Biphasic product with plant extracts of Bacopa, Rhodiola and Feverfew, Griffonia and with theanine, arginine, magnesium, melatonin and B vitamins, useful in case of deficiency or increased physiological need of these nutrients. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Red tablet: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Bacopa [Bacopa monnieri (L.) Wettst., herba] es tit. 24% bacoside, theanine from green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, folium]; bulking agent: sorbitol; rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L., radix) es tit. 3% rosavin, 1% salidroside, anhydrous caffeine; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglycamic acid); coating agents: E464, E170, E1521, E553b, E124, E132, E904, E472a, E1201.
Blue tablet: feverfew [Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip., capsule] es tit. 0.8% parthenolides, magnesium carbonate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-arginate hydrochloride, Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., semen] es tit. 20% 5-HTP: bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B2 (riboflavin), melatonin; coating agents: E464, E170, E1521, E553b, E132, E172, E133, E904, E472a, E1201.

How to use
It is recommended to take one red tablet in the morning and one blue tablet in the evening, swallowed without chewing.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains caffeine and is therefore not recommended for children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women. E124 may adversely affect activity and attention in children. It is recommended not to exceed the maximum daily dose of caffeine of 200 mg from all sources.
Conservation
Store in a cool (<25 °C) and dry place, away from light and heat sources.
