Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one Slim day stick in the morning and one Balance night stick in the evening. Take the contents of one stick directly into the mouth; alternatively, dilute the product in a glass of water or a water bottle. The beneficial effect of the night stick is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
