Protectfix
ADHESIVE PADS FOR LOWER AND UPPER DENTURESprotects the gums from irritation, blocks the prosthesis all day and fights bad mouth odors. The soft cushion, once wet, increases in volume and eliminates empty spaces between the prosthesis and the gum, eliminating any friction on the mucous membranes, preventing lacerations, irritation and blisters. Protefix contains an innovative adhesive extracted from seaweed, protective and anti-allergic.
How to use:
1) Moisten the pad by immersing it in warm water for 10 seconds.
2) Apply the cushion to the prosthesis, checking its size and smoothing out any creases with your fingers.
3) If necessary, cut off the excess part while keeping the bearing in place.
Do not cut the pad too short. A pad that is too small will not stick well enough.
4) Press the pad onto the prosthesis starting from the center with both fingers until it is well supported, smooth and perfectly adherent. Then after a few minutes of pressure, apply it.
5) If the adhesiveness decreases during the day, remove the prosthesis and sprinkle the pad with Protefix powder.
6) At the end of the day, remove the bearing by lifting one side and pulling it out.
