Description
Food supplement and represents a complement to the diet of subjects who need nutrients useful for the physiological function of the muscles. REBILFAST provides branched amino acids, useful nutrients in the diet of the athlete and combines creatine, vitamins and minerals. Creatine (in the intake dose of 3 g/day) is able to increase the physical performance of adults who practice intense physical exercise, in the case of repetitive activities of high intensity and short duration. Zinc and magnesium contribute to normal protein synthesis, the calcium and magnesium present also contribute to a physiological energy metabolism and normal muscle function. The presence of vitamin B6 contributes to a normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the physiological function of bones and cartilage. REBILFAST is sugar-free and may also be suitable for diabetic subjects.

How to use
1 or 2 sachets per day, preferably away from main meals. The product is concentrated in amino acids and must therefore be dissolved in plenty of water, approximately 150-180 ml. To facilitate better dissolution, it is advisable to pour the powder first and then the water, and mix vigorously for approximately 1 minute or until completely dispersed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended intake quantities. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. The beneficial effect of creatine is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of creatine (equal to 2 sachets of product). Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only, do not use in children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.
