Description
Food supplement based on griffonia, passionflower, jujube, hawthorn, Californian poppy and melatonin. Griffonia controls the sense of hunger and together with lemon balm and hawthorn contribute to normal mood. Californian poppy and melatonin contribute to reducing the time required to fall asleep.
Ingredients
DAY: griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) seeds, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba) seeds, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacanta) flowers and leaves, tricalcium phosphate, compritol, anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate of fatty acids.
NIGHT: passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) es herb and flowers, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) es leaves, California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica) es herb, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacanta) es flowers and leaves, griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) es seeds, dibasic calcium phosphate, compritol, anhydrous silica, magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin.
Gluten free.

How to use
Take one DAY tablet in the morning after breakfast and one NIGHT tablet in the evening just before bedtime. DAY and NIGHT tablets are indicated on the back of the blister.
