Pasta with DOP raw ham.
Free from palm oil, added preservatives, artificial flavors and GMOs.
Gluten free.
Ingredients
Pasta (70%): mix of flours (corn flour, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, legume flours, vegetable fibres, natural flavours), eggs 24%, water, sunflower oil.
Filling (30%): mortadella (pork, salt, spices, natural flavours, antioxidant: E301, preservative: E250), raw ham (pork, salt, preservative: E252), corn flour-based preparation (corn flour, sunflower seed oil), Parmigiano Reggiana DOP (milk , salt, rennet), potato flakes, fibre, sunflower seed oil, salt, acidifier: E575, natural flavours, nutmeg.
May contain traces of soy .
How to use
Pour the product into a pot of boiling water.
Leave to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Drain and season to taste.
It is recommended to use 1 litre of water for 100 g of product.
