Ingredients
Demineralized water, fructose, valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L , root) fluid extract, L-Theanine, potassium glycerophosphate, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

How to use
Take 20 to 40 ml per day (10 ml = 1 tablespoon).
