How to use
Cold therapy: store in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from the freezer, insert the device into the appropriate TNT bag or wrap it in a cloth and apply it to the area to be treated. After 20/30 minutes the gel returns to room temperature.
Heat therapy: in a pot of suitable size, heat water until boiling; turn off the heat and immerse the pad for 5 minutes. Carefully remove with tongs or another suitable tool, dry with a cloth, insert into the appropriate bag found in the package and wrap the pad in a towel before applying it to the area to be treated, to avoid burns. Or insert the pad in the microwave for no more than 1 minute at 700/800 Watts. Remove and wrap the pad in a towel or in the appropriate bag before applying it to the area to be treated to avoid burns.

Warnings
Do not apply the product too close to the skin, or for too long, to avoid causing a cold burn. Avoid spraying in the eyes, on wounds, abrasions, grazes and mucous membranes. External use.
