Food supplement based on lactase. Contains: lactase (beta-galactosidase), which improves the digestion of lactose in subjects who have difficulty digesting lactose.
Ingredients
Sweetener: mannitol; lactase enzyme (beta-galactosidase); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
Take one chewable tablet before meals, preferably shortly before consuming milk, dairy products (butter, cheese, milk and milk derivatives) or other foods containing lactose. One chewable tablet has an enzymatic activity useful for degrading approximately 10 g of lactose (equivalent to approximately 200 ml of milk). To assist the physiological metabolism of lactose, it is necessary to take Mill&Joy with each meal containing lactose. In cases of particular need, the daily dose can be increased up to 5 chewable tablets per meal consumed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Lactose tolerance varies, so it is advisable to ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice on the role of this substance in your diet.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature between 15 and 25°C, away from light and/or heat sources.
