Description
Food supplement based on B vitamins, to promote normal energy metabolism.
Contains niacin (vitamin PP), thiamine (vitamin B1), vitamin B6, B2, B12 and folate.
Niacin (vitamin PP), thiamine and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function and normal red blood cell formation.
Folate contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate; nicotinamide (vitamin PP), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; colouring: titanium dioxide; anti-caking agent: vegetable stearic acid; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folate), colourings: iron oxides.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet a day with a glass of water, preferably away from meals.
