Vitamin B5 supports normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin H contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
Zinc supports normal carbohydrate metabolism.
Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Vitamin B2, vitamin C and vitamin E cooperate in the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Finally, vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.
