Description
Supplement based on griffonia es (titrated at 95% in 5-HTP) and eleutherococcus. Griffonia is useful for maintaining physiological mood tone and promoting relaxation, useful for achieving sleep and mental well-being. Eleutherococcus is able to perform a tonic-adaptogenic action.
Ingredients
Griffonia seeds (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill.) es tit. 95% in 5-hydroxy-tryptophan, eleutherococcus root (Eleutherococcus senticosus Max.) es tit. 0.8% in eleutherosides; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

It is recommended to take one tablet per day, preferably in the morning and on a full stomach, with a glass of water.
