Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, with natural extracts of chamomile and lemon balm. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose activity is the basis of the regulation of the sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep*, promoting rapid sleep, and to alleviating the effects of jet lag**.
The formula is completed with natural extracts of chamomile and lemon balm, plants with properties useful for promoting mental well-being and relaxation, in a physiological and natural way, for a good rest throughout the night. Lemon balm also supports normal mood.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before going to bed, a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.
