Food supplement based on valerian, passion flower and hawthorn. Valerian and passion flower promote relaxation, especially in case of stress. In addition, passion flower and hawthorn contribute to mental well-being.

Valerian root and rhizome es (Valeriana officinalis L.); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; passionflower aerial parts es (Passiflora incarnata L.), hawthorn flowers and leaves es (Crataegus monogyna Jacq.); stabilizers: polyvinylpyrrolidone, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; stabilizer: magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agent: stearic acid.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day as needed, or one hour before bedtime.
