Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, with chamomile and lemon balm.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed) and alleviate the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination).
Thanks to the chamomile and lemon balm extracts, it helps with relaxation, in a physiological and natural way, promoting sleep.

It is recommended to take Fisioreve Drops as is or diluted in a little warm water or milk. The intake and dosage of Fisioreve Drops should be done based on subjective needs and in relation to the need. 4 drops correspond to 1 mg of melatonin.
