How to use
It is recommended to take at least 2 drops (equal to 1 mg of melatonin), directly in the sublingual area, in the evening, to be taken shortly before bedtime. The duration and frequency of intake, to facilitate falling asleep, should be done based on subjective needs and in relation to the need.
