Description
Food supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid (thioctic acid), B vitamins, vitamin E and vitamin C, useful in case of increased need for these substances.
Vitamins C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress, while vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Ingredients
Alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin PP, folic acid.
Gluten free.
Lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets per day, preferably on an empty stomach (one hour before a meal or 2-3 hours after), morning or evening. To obtain the maximum time-release effect, take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening, spaced approximately 10 hours apart.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
