Capable of correcting, on a nutritional basis, the increased need for the nutrients contained. These substances can be useful during the female climacteric period, which is sometimes accompanied by cardiovascular disorders, hot flashes, osteoporosis, mood disorders, and dryness of mucous membranes and skin.

Instructions for use
- Initial dose: in the first month, a double administration may be necessary, so it is recommended to take one capsule twice a day, preferably morning and evening.
- Maintenance dose: one capsule a day. For greater psychological well-being, take the product before going to bed.
Swallow the capsule with any drink.

Characteristics
Vitamin and mineral supplement, based on black cohosh (a natural source of phytoestrogens), linden, valerian, L-tryptophan, L-phenylalanine (natural substances for psycho-physical well-being), omega-6 (a natural source of gamma-linoleic acid), minerals (magnesium and copper) and vitamins (C, E).
