Directions for use
1 tablet daily.

Features:
a slow-release supplement of vitamins and mineral salts, which ensures 100% of the Recommended Nutrient Intakes (RNIs) during gestation.

Properties:
- Folic acid: useful for the primary prevention of NTDs (neural tube defects: anencephaly, spina bifida) and other nervous system malformations.
- Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12): a group of cobalt-containing substances involved in the metabolism of fatty acids, amino acids, and nucleic acids. Its deficiency during pregnancy can lead to very dangerous effects for the unborn child, resulting in disorders of the nervous system and blood cell production, up to a form of "pernicious" anemia.
- Vitamin A and its precursors: one of the essential factors for vision. It also plays a role in the process of cellular differentiation, and is therefore very important for proper individual development, for its immune response capacity, and for tissue integrity.
- Vitamin D: a regulator of calcium metabolism; thus promotes proper skeletal mineralization. It is synthesized by the body, through the action of sunlight, from cholesterol derivatives present in the skin.
