Description
Food supplement for athletes based on branched-chain amino acids with β-alanine and vitamins B5 and B2.
FAST BCAA is in powder form and therefore very quickly assimilated. Beta Alanine enhances its effect both before (to reduce fatigue) and after (for energy recovery).
They can be melted in the mouth, little by little with the measuring cup, they are very pleasant. Available in orange, watermelon, hazelnut flavors.

Ingredients
L-leucine; L-valine; L-isoleucine; beta alanine; guar seed flour; flavorings; emulsifier: soy lecithin; citric acid; artificial sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame K; natural coloring: carmine (Cochineal e.); vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL); vitamin B2 (Riboflavin).

How to use
Take 5-10 grams, directly into the mouth (a little at a time) or it can be dissolved in the bottle, alone or with other powders.
