How to use
Women: 4-5 capsules daily.
Men 5-7 capsules per day.
Take immediately before going to sleep, absolutely on an empty stomach for at least 3 hours.
Or in the morning on an empty stomach and wait at least an hour before eating.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
