Description
Supplement that provides branched amino acids (leucine-isoleucine-valine) in the ratio 2:1:1 enhanced with vitamin B6 for greater assimilation. BCAAs are essential branched amino acids, as the body is not able to produce them on its own and, therefore, must be introduced with the diet. BCAAs represent approximately 30% of muscle mass; it is useful to include them in the context of physical effort to optimize energy performance. During physical activity, moreover, they are the first amino acids to be used because, unlike the others, they do not pass through the liver but are synthesized directly in the muscles.
Ingredients
L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl).

How to use
We recommend up to 5 tablets per day corresponding to 5 g/day of branched chain amino acids.
