It provides a supplementary amount of iron useful in certain periods, such as the menstrual cycle or pregnancy, in which the organic demands of this element are greater. Vitamin C contributes to the increase of iron absorption.
Copper contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body.
Ingredients
In 2 tablets:
• Vitamin C: 180 mg
• Iron fumarate (Iron 21 mg)
• Copper sulphate (Copper 600 mcg)
• Folic acid: 200 mcg
How to use
It is recommended to take 2 chewable tablets per day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
