DescriptionFood supplement based on melatonin, griffonia, vitamin D3 and B6. Melatonin promotes sleep by helping to reduce the time required to fall asleep*. Melatonin also helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag** by helping to restore the correct sleep-wake rhythm. Griffonia helps to restore normal mood, relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being. Vitamins D and B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6 helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and also contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function.
Ingredients
Water, maltose syrup, dextrose, fructose, griffonia extract [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. - seeds], flavouring, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin; preservatives: E 202, E 211; thickener: E 415; acidifier: E 330.

How to use
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 ml of melatonin (equal to one pipette) shortly before going to bed.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 ml shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. Shake well before use.
