Calcium carbonate (47.6%), magnesium carbonate (27.4%), potassium bicarbonate (23.6%); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; zinc sulphate (0.16%).
Gluten- free and naturally lactose-free.

How to use
1 sachet per day, to be dissolved in 200 ml of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
